I started my career as a mechanical engineer, designing, building and maintaining automation systems from the ground up, including the controls and software. The last five years shifted me into pure product, but that operations instinct never left. It's what separates how I build product from someone who came up purely on the software side.

Outside of work, family comes first. You'll find me on a soccer field with my sons, hiking, at the beach or chasing a snowboard run whenever I can get to the mountains.
